The front cover has been laminated and underneath that the text has been done with vinyl. The result is very effective and I am so happy it has worked with no error. There have been errors in the book, but that was most defiantly predictable.
In order to get the front cover on the book I used double sided tape and the process on the whole was very successful. The double sided tape was very forgiving in that if I made an error I could easily start again. If this wasn't the case my books would have looked dreadful.
I am very happy with the final outcome but there have been one or two errors in the zines that make me want to start over as there are deeply frustrating. Number one is the language in the zines. I spent so long trying to write it that the tone of voice is not like mine and its very embarrassing almost. So much that I want to start again. However the whole process takes a very long time.
Number two is there are some spelling mistakes, something I like to do a lot in my work. I have a photo shoot on wednesday so I could redo the books if I go to drop in. It won't be easy though. It really does annoy me that the books aren't perfect. The printing and construction couldn't have gone better but the language an typos need to be looked at and redone.
I plan to get some feedback from some photographers as I want the language to be perfect and professional. I feel the language needs to be cut down. Let the photos speak for themseleves. At the moment there is alot to read, too much maybe.
