Overall the outcome is ok but not yet perfect. I planned to print on matt which I did and then laminate to insure the packaging was durable and sturdy. Unfortunately there was no laminate paper in the print room so I will have to wait until next week when there will be some.
The inner sleeve was printed on fire proof paper as this is sturdy and not likely to rip when being handeld. I believe it to be the strongest and flexible stock in the print room. The construction of the inner sleeve wasn't perfect so I've decided I should print these again too.
I will print again on wednesday when there will be laminator. Lastly we have the pink see through record and its centre labelling. The pink record I bought off ebay for only £3.99 and then covered up the original centre labelling, this was done with stickers. In the end I pretty simple job that should be finished! I will have to delay the brief until next week when the print room has the right stock.
